I have a HP Z400 Workstation and I found a pdf with a notification wherein is stated that the Nvidia Quadro FX 380 graphic card, in despite of all specifications and despite local settings in Windows, does not support Aero. To fix it I have to modify each theme it can work for transparency of Win10. (costed me 60 euro's.) In my case I had to turn on The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager in 'Services'.Įdit 1: this might be a graphical card issue. Edit 2: problem solved!
